It's not your imagination: with or without Johnny Manziel the Cleveland Browns offense is terrible. They've tallied 38 points in three preseason games - worst in the NFL. They've had QB injuries this August, with backup Connor Shaw out and Manziel ailing. They can't risk injury to Josh McCown, so look for Thad Lewis and recently signed Pat Devlin to play QB. They face a Chicago Bears defense with a new nose tackle and defensive coordinator that have helped the unit allow just 42 points in three games. The Bears defense was terrible last season and has a lot to prove - and they are proving it under new leadership. They've allowed 10, 11 and 21 points on a 3-0 run UNDER the total. Cleveland and Chicago cap the preseason by coming in UNDER the total.
