Cleveland at Baltimore

QBs Brian Hoyer and Johnny Manziel have failed the last four games with Cleveland scoring 10, 24, 0, and 13 points (all losses). That's just 47 points for this offense over four games. And, it gets worse here as they have to start an undrafted rookie in Connor Shaw. This Browns offense is below average, ranked 21st in passing and 17th in rushing and you can expect no better here as they have to face a Baltimore defense that can stuff the run and get after the passer. Baltimore is on a 5-2 run UNDER the total at home as well as 4-1 UNDER against the AFC. Cleveland is on a 10-1 run UNDER the total, 8-0 UNDER against the AFC, and the UNDER is 34-16-3 in the Browns last 53 games in December. The weather won't help the offenses, either, with an 80% chance of rain Sunday. When these division rivals meet, the UNDER is 6-2 in the last eight meetings, including 4-1 UNDER the total in the last five meetings here in Baltimore.
