Cincinnati at New York

The Bengals obviously have some weapons on offense, but it has not materialized into points. They have scored 21 or less in seven of their ten games on the season and are ranked in the bottom half in the league in scoring. They will now face a stingy Jets defense that has allowed just 14.7 ppg in their last 13 home games. Only four teams in the league are allowing fewer points than the Jets at this point. New York held this Cincinnati team just a total of 14 total points in two games a year ago. The Jets offense has been serviceable but not great, scoring 23.8 per game on the season (19.2 at home). The Bengals offense has been highly inconsistent over the past couple years, often following good games with bad ones and vice versa. They have now played to an 8-1 mark to the UNDER after scoring 30+ in their last game and they have gone 19-9 UNDER after allowing 30+ points in their last game. My computer matchup for this game predicts a 9-point Jets win. The public thinks this game is going OVER the total. I disagree and I'm playing this one to fall short of the total.
