It looks to me that the Carolina Panthers, after a win vs Vegas 36-22 on the road, have everyone forgetting their first two games. The first take is the Raiders were off one of their biggest wins in recent history. The Raiders were off a 26-23 win at Baltimore. The Panthers, in the first two weeks, started 0-2, having been out-scored 73-13. The Bengals have started 0-3. Tough losses, as the opened the season with a 16-10 loss to New England, followed by a controversial 26-25 loss to Kansas City. The Bengals haven't fallen that far that fast. One other thing. Bettors don't like betting on 0-3 teams. An NFL team that is 0-3 have gone 24-13-1 ATS, and when playing a team that has at least 1 win, they are 18-8-1 ATS. Make the play on Cincinnati.
