Cincinnati at Baltimore

The AFC North looks to be shaping up to be a three-way battle between Pittsburgh, Cincinnati and Baltimore. This will be a huge early test for two of those teams. The winner may look back at game one as the difference in a tight division race, so there is a lot on the line in this one. The Bengals can be very erratic on offense as Andy Dalton goes, but the defense has been a constant as nine of their last 11 opponents failed to score more than 20 points without the benefit of overtime. Baltimore had a down year from QB Joe Flacco, and it wasn't pretty as they managed to top the 20-point mark on offense just two times in their last 11 games. Baltimore always seems to rise to the occasion on defense at home, where last season six of their eight in Baltimore saw opposing offenses score 19 or fewer points. The Ravens have seen seven of their last 10 at home play to the UNDER. And, five of the last seven in this series played here have fallen shy of the total. Division games are usually played out on the defensive end, and this one is important for both teams in what appears to be a tight division race. Since the arrival of Marvin Lewis in Cincy, the UNDER has got 47-35 when the total is set in this range (42.5 to 49).Back the UNDER in this low-scoring affair.
