The Giants may be the epitome of an inconsistent team. On paper they look like they can hang with almost anyone, but the results bare out otherwise. Eli Manning is at the top of that list as he makes far too many mistakes, but at other times he looks brilliant. The defensive backfield plays the same tune with Antrel Rolle and Kenny Phillips either covering like a glove, or getting burned. Now Manning has fewer weapons, and perhaps the Giants are going to grind out games with Bradshaw and Jacobs in the backfield. The Bears have a strong defense, and make far fewer mistakes and they will be quite happy to play the grind-it-out game, which plays into their strength. They won their opener 10-3. Devin Hester is a great field-position weapon, as last year the Bears opponents had a net of 32.6 yards per punt - lowest in the league. Dogs in the NFLX when playing a conference game off a home win are 29-10 ATS in their last 39. Take Chicago and the points in this one.
