Chicago at Minnesota

The Minnesota Vikings are coming off a big win in London and stand at 3-1. That record may be an illusion as despite a great start, the Vikings have worse numbers this season on both sides of the ball so far than they did last season. They are being outgained by over 50 yards per game. The Vikings rank 26th in the league in defensive yards per play allowed. The Bears are not much better. Chicago is 2-2 and pretty bad offensively, but the equalizer here is a large point spread. This is a division game, which is usually a tug of war, and when we have a pair of teams in a division game and the home team laying more than a TD off a trip to London last week, it is a favorable spot to look at the dog. The Vikings don’t thrive vs. poor offensive teams like Chicago. In fact, Minnesota is just 23-42 ATS in their last 65 games vs. teams that score 17 points per game. Take the points on Chicago.
