This total is set high considering the injuries to both offenses. Several of Aaron Rodger's key targets have been forced to the sidelines. While he has been able to maintain the Packers offense in the short run, long term those injuries will take their toll. The Packers, however, have stepped things up on the defensive end where they have moved into the top 10 in terms of fewest yards allowed per game, in at #9. Chicago has lost Jay Cutler, and although Josh McCown had a big game vs. Washington, but that was Washington - a team that is ranked 3rd worst in the league in yards and 2nd worst in points allowed. Green Bay's defense is much better, allowing just 22.6 points per game. Also, we have seen in the NFL when a team has to prepare for a QB without any recent film, backup QBs have done well. For this game, the Packers have something to look at in preparation, and I expect McCown's numbers to regress going forward. This is always a physical series dominated by defense, with 10 of the last 11 playing UNDER. Take the UNDER here.
