There are only two 0-3 preseason teams and one plays here. Cleveland has a new coach in Mike Pettine and plays its second straight home contest. And the home opener for the new coach was an embarrassment last week, losing 33-14 to the Rams - an 0-2 team at the time who even lost their starting QB for the season in the game. New coaches want to impress their new boss and fans, even in August, and this preseason has been a disaster for the new coach. As a result, the starters will play more than normal for the Browns. Brian Hoyer will play into the second quarter and Johnny Manziel will relieve and play into the third. Against the Rams, Manziel lit up the crowd and the huge new video boards with his 7-yard touchdown scramble. They will be facing the Chicago Bears' backups, a team playing its second straight road game off a 34-6 disaster in Seattle. Chicago has nothing to prove and Coach Mark Trestman is 2-4-1 ATS in preseason. Play the Browns.
