Carolina has shown new life in its past two games since Andy Dalton took over as quarterback as the Panthers defeated Las Vegas. Then, Carolina kept it reasonably close against a desperate Cincinnati team winning 34-24 last week. Dalton threw for 220 yards and two TDs against his former team, and Chubba Hubbard ran for 104 yards and scored a TD for the Panthers. Chicago pulled out a 24-18 victory over the Rams, who were coming off a big comeback win over San Francisco the previous week, putting them in a letdown spot. Los Angeles had a 322-264 edge in yards of offense but lost the turnover battle 2-0. The Bears have gone UNDER three of their first four games this season while averaging 19.3 points. The Panthers score 18.3 per game and have the edge in passing yardage and rushing offense. The Bears average 253.0 yards of offense for No. 30 in the league.
