Buffalo is chaotic and sloppy with Rex and Rob Ryan running the show. After two straight home games, the Bills head out on the road. Even in beating the hapless Giants last week, the offense ran for just 70 yards at 1.9 yards per carry, and allowed three sacks. They lost the opener at home to the Luck-less Colts, scoring just 18 points. It's not a great QB rotation with Tyrod Taylor, EJ Manuel and rookie Cardale Jones. By contrast, Washington's offense has scored 39 points in two games and this is its second straight home game. The Redskins have a good August QB rotation with Kirk Cousins and Colt McCoy. They come off a 22-18 win over the Jets' strong defense, leading 14-2 at the half, despite resting several key starters. McCoy, who learned he was starting as he came out of the tunnel before the game, was 13-of-16 for 159 yards. Wide receiver Rashad Ross was among the standouts for Washington with seven catches, including two touchdowns for 58 yards. Along with Ross, WR Ryan Grant had four catches for 43 yards. QBs McCoy and Nate Sudfeld combined for 23-of-36 passing, 225 yards and three TDs. After holding Atlanta to 79 yards rushing and 2.8 yards per carry in Week 1, the run defense stuffed the Jets, allowing 35 yards rushing for 3.9 ypc. The Redskins are 8-1 ATS in Week 3 of preseason, so grab the home team in a defensive duel. Back Washington and the UNDER.
