Buffalo at Miami

It is hard to believe the Buffalo Bills were looking like they were on their way to 7-2 when Cleveland scored with seconds left for a tough loss. Buffalo is 3-1 on the road this season, holding opponents to just 14 points per game. They now head to Miami, and the Dolphins are in trouble with this team likely to be in an ornery mood off a loss. Most saw this Miami team circling the drain and heading for 0-16, but the Dolphins have won two straight. There is a big difference here. Those two wins came against teams that are heading nowhere. The Fins beat Indy with essentially a third-team QB, and an inept Jets squad before that. The walk in the deep end of the pool for Miami has been lethal as the five games they have played vs. a team that currently has a winning record has resulted in an average loss by 28.4 points per game. This is a home game for Miami, but as bad as they are, that simply doesn’t matter. This season, the Dolphins have been worse at home than on the road, going 1-4 and losing by an average score of 12.4 to 33.4. Make the play on Buffalo.
