Baltimore at Tennessee

The Baltimore Ravens' offense went to Cleveland last week averaging over 30 points per game. They managed just nine points in an overtime loss, despite generating over 400 yards of offense. They kept stalling their own drives with mistakes, penalties, and turnovers, and a frustrating loss. Tennessee shared in similar frustrations last week in Buffalo, as the Titans, a team that had committed just four turnovers all season, coughed it up three times against the Bills. Philly and Houston both went for over 400 yards against the Titans, and I think Baltimore can do the same. Harbaugh's teams have played three UNDER in succession seven times in Baltimore, all followed by an OVER. Tennessee is 21-6 to the OVER after a game where both teams scored 14 or fewer points. Play on the OVER.
