Baltimore couldn't overcome four 50-plus yard kicks by Matt Gay capped by a 53-yard field goal that won the game 22-19 in overtime for Indianapolis last week. Lamar Jackson threw for 202 yards and ran for 101 yards and two TDs for the Ravens, who failed to capitalize on two chances in OT. Cleveland has played three teams with weak offenses, including a 24-3 win over Cincinnati when Joe Burrow was still recovering from a calf injury and Tennessee, which averages 15.0 points and is second-to-last in the NFL in total yards. The Ravens average 348 total offense yards and are #5 in rushing with 158 yards per game. Deshaun Watson had his best game with the Browns throwing for 289 yards and two TDs and running back Jerome Ford scored two TDs in place of the injured Nick Chubb. The Ravens are 16-4-2 ATS as a dog of 0.5-3.0 points. The Browns are 3-14 ATS after winning by more than 14 points. The Ravens are 6-2 OVER as road underdogs and the Browns are 5-2 OVER after allowing fewer than 90 yards rushing their previous game. This is a low posted total based on Cleveland's previous opponents, but Baltimore is more capable with Jackson and the Ravens totaled 186 rushing yards against the Colts. Play the Ravens and the OVER.
