Baltimore at Cleveland

Way back in week three, this Browns team hadn't yet hit their stride. But, they were still leading this Baltimore team in the fourth quarter before dropping a 7-point decision. That was behind Seneca Wallace, and they have since vastly improved offensively behind Colt McCoy, who was 19-25 with two TDs last week with zero INTs. McCoy has started five games for the Browns and after a jittery first start where he threw two INTs, he has thrown just one since. The Browns’ passing attack is getting 8.0 yards per attempt and 66% completions out of McCoy. To put that in perspective, those numbers are better than Joe Flacco's. The Browns have been a tough out at home, with their only big loss was to Atlanta and that was by just 10 points. They beat New England, lost by 2 to the Chiefs, and lost to the Jets in OT, so they have been in every game at the very least. The Ravens have been a dismal 2-9 ATS in their last 11 as a road chalk of 3.5-10. Baltimore is off a huge draining game vs. New Orleans and I could see a slight letdown here. I like the Browns to cover. I also like the OVER. Baltimore has played OVER in each of their last four vs. a team with a losing record, and the Browns duplicate that with a 4-0 over mark vs. a team with a winning road mark. These clubs have played 5-2-1 to the OVER in their last eight. I like Cleveland and the OVER in this one.
