This is a big NFC showdown with the league's top-ranked offense facing the great Seattle defense. Seattle is home and rested, but there are still concerns with this offense at #16 in yards, #21 in points (19.8 points per game). The Seahawks have gone from having the league's highest-paid offensive line in 2012 to the lowest-paid one in 2016. Seattle has been overvalued against good teams at 3-7-1 ATS vs. a team with a winning record. Into town comes high-flying Atlanta and QB Matt Ryan (12 TDs, two INTs), tops in the NFL in yards on offense, passing yards and in points (35 per game). They won't get 35 on Seattle, but the defense has improved under second-year coach Dan Quinn -- who knows the Seattle playbook, winning a Super Bowl as defensive coordinator here three years ago. They got six sacks last week in winning at Denver as a dog, 23-16. Falcons OC Kyle Shanahan had a brilliant game plan that focused on exploiting the Broncos LBs. RB Tevin Coleman had 132 receiving yards, while RB Devonta Freeman ran for 88 yards on 23 carries. Atlanta is 3-0 SU/ATS on the road this season and has more than enough to keep this close. Take the points on Atlanta.
