The defending Super Bowl Champion New Orleans Saints are 2-0, but they are feeling the "Super Bowl winner” effect as every team on their schedule is going to man-up against them. They could be 0-2 here but have won some close games instead of losing them. It is early in the year and one thing is apparent - the offense that was on cruise control early last season, scoring 40+ in four of the first six games, has not gotten to 40 combined through two games. It's the defense that is winning games for them. This defense has allowed jsut 31 points in two games. The Falcons exploded for 41 points vs. the Cardinals last week after getting stalled in Pittsburgh without a TD. That was their problem a year ago. The Falcons topped 30 on four different occasions last year, but failed to do so against a team that made the playoffs. Their six games vs. playoff teams from a year ago show just 17 points per game. The Falcons are now 41-20-1 to the UNDER in their last 62 road games. Overall they are 7-1 to the UNDER in their last eight. They are also 36-20 UNDER their last 56 following a double-digit win. The Saints are now 9-1 to the UNDER after allowing 250+ in the air in their last game. In division games, they are 5-0 UNDER in their last five. And, since last season, the Saints are a perfect 7-0 UNDER after giving up 400+ yards their previous game. I like the UNDER in this one.
