The Falcons are 13-3 UNDER the total after a double-digit loss home loss, 13-6 UNDER after scoring 15 or fewer points, and 80-56 UNDER after having lost two of three. Rebuilding Jacksonville (8-2 UNDER the total) has a rookie QB and is #24 in total yards and #31 in points (17.8 per game). The Jaguars' offense is averaging 15.5 points at home where five of their six games have gone UNDER.
