So has Jacksonville's new-look offense dazzled enough in preseason to warrant being a good-sized favorite? I don't think so as they've averaged just 12 points per game this preseason. Jacksonville is 1-2 SU/ATS, and in the big week three showing they mustered a mere 12 points at Detroit and turned it over twice. Their QBs threw 45 passes, completing jus 24 and threw two picks, so there is a long way to go (if they get there at all). Rookie quarterback Blake Bortles and veteran Chad Henne will play just one or two series each against the Falcons before making way for Ricky Stanzi and Stephen Morris, who are below average, so it's hard to see them scoring much. The offensive line is still in flux and they traded this week for guard Logan Mankins. Atlanta is showing that a healthy Julio Jones and the surprising play of wide receiver Devin Hester means that this offense is looking to get back to the elite level they were just two years ago. This shapes up as a close one and a win by the dog against the bad Jaguars offense wouldn't surprise, so grab the dog and play the Atlanta Falcons.
