Seattle made it to the playoffs last season with a 7-9 record. Kind of a joke. They are off to an 0-2 start this season, and have been outscored in the two games 57-17. Last week they were futile, getting shutout and it is quite evident a poor offense from a year ago has not turned the corner. Last year the Seahawks didn’t hit the 20-point mark in half of their 16 regular season games, so this now makes 10 of their last 18. While they are now 7-11 in their last 18 regular season games, the 11 losses have all been by 15 points or more, and by an average of 20.8 points per game! To my knowledge there has not been a team in the NFL that in their last 11 losses the average has been close to a 21 ppg deficit. Arizona beat a vastly-improved Carolina team, and dropped a 1-point decision to the 2-0 Redskins. They finally have an offense and a QB that can move the chains. Kevin Kolb has a 110 QB rating and this team is the likely candidate now to win the soft NFC West. The Seahawks rarely rise to the occasion as an underdog and are now 8-20 ATS in their last 28 tries. Arizona is the much better team on the field here and I think they easily cover this spread.
