Arizona is finishing up a disastrous season as it has lost six in a row and Kyler Murray will be out until probably midseason next year. The Cardinals have scored only 16.2 points per game during the skid and they have nothing left in the tank after two tough losses against Tampa Bay and Atlanta. Meanwhile, San Francisco can clinch the NFC No. 1 seed by winning this game and Philadelphia losing to the Giants and both start at the same time. The 49ers have won nine in a row and haven't lost a beat despite losing Jimmy Garoppolo as Brock Purdy has filled in and done as well or better. Purdy threw for 284 yards and two touchdowns with one pick as the Niners beat Las Vegas 37-34 in overtime and Christian McCaffrey ran for 121 yards on 19 carries. San Francisco won the first meeting 38-10 on Nov. 21 and it has covered seven straight versus the NFC West. The 49ers are 17-5 ATS their past 22 January games and Arizona is 1-7 ATS against NFC West teams. There are rumors that Arizona coach Kliff Kingsbury could resign following the game.
