Air Force at Army

Army hasn't played a great schedule, but it still is 6-1 and 5-2 ATS and is averaging 33.6 points per game while racking up its usual average of 300-plus rushing yards per contest. The Black Knights had 13 players have at least one carry in its 49-3 wipeout of Mercer two weeks ago, led by Tyhier Tyler with 77 yards on 10 carries, and Tyson Riley's 48 yards on nine totes. The Knights attempted only three passes, completing two, and one was a 53-yarder from Cade Ballard that went for a touchdown. Army is on a mission this year to get back to a bowl game after missing out last season with a 5-8 record. Air Force clobbered Navy to open its season, but since has looked bad in losing to San Jose State and Boise State. Brandon Lewis ran for 112 yards on 10 carries against the Broncos, but the Falcon defense had no answer for QB Jack Sears, who picked them apart with 17 of 20 passing and three touchdowns. This is a revenge game for Army, which lost last year's meeting 17-13. Granted, Army was as a 17-point underdog. The Knights have covered seven of their last eight as favorites. The UNDER is 12-1 in Air Force's last 13 games versus Independent schools and the Falcons are 9-2 UNDER in non-conference games. Army has gone UNDER six of its last eight games overall.
