The Washington Mystics got their feet wet last night after a long Olympic layoff, and got out on the fast track, building an early lead at Indiana. That was short-lived as the Mystic ultimately fell by 18 points. They have the edge here, as they have gotten the cobwebs out, while Minnesota hasn't played in almost three weeks, so while this might be a fair line otherwise, under the circumstances it is a bit heavy. The Mystics have become a more proficient offensive team, having scored 66 or more in six of their last seven, while having done so in just seven of their first 12. They have done a great job as a big dog, posting a 4-1 ATS mark on the season when taking 10 points or more. Minnesota has established themselves as the team to beat in the WNBA, but that comes with a price, one in which has them at just 1-6 ATS in their last seven. They have given up 80 points or more in five of their last six. With Washington finding the bottom of the net more frequently, they certainly can stay inside this lofty number. Minnesota has played seven of their last eight to the OVER as well, and Washington is 6-0 to the OVER in their last six as a dog of 11 or more. Play on Washington and take the OVER.
