Seattle at San Antonio

Seattle is 1-2 on the road and not playing well overall - sixth in the WNBA in defense, 11th in scoring and 12th in rebounding. They are a long way from home and have dropped five of six contests. The Storm have no players averaging double digits in points. Seattle hasn't been winning or covering for a while, on a 6-13 ATS run, plus 4-11 ATS against a team with a losing record. San Antonio has been playing better than its record, taking Chicago to OT two games ago then beating Phoenix the last game 76-71, as a home dog. In fact, this is their fourth straight home game and the Stars are 3-1-1 ATS following a spread win. San Antonio is rested and home while Seattle is 3-9 ATS after a loss and 2-6 ATS following a spread cover. Seattle comes off a crushing emotional loss too, leading by 18 points against Minnesota on Thursday but were outscored 22-11 in the fourth quarter of a 76-73 loss. Seattle has only one day of rest and note that the Storm is 0-8 ATS when playing on one day of rest, so grab home court and play the San Antonio Stars.
