The Seattle Storm is up 2-0 in the final series of the WNBA season. The Dream has given them a handful but has come up short both times. Now, the series turns to Atlanta, where the Dream are desperate for a win, which usually means a solid commitment to the defensive end. The Storm are a defense-first team, and despite playing the top two scoring teams in the WNBA, and a third that became very offensive late in the playoffs, the Strom has played four of six to the UNDER. Overall, seven of their last nine have failed to reach the total. These teams have now squared off four times this season, with three of the four games playing to the UNDER, yet this total is set as the highest so far of the five games that will have been played when this one is over. The value lies on the UNDER in this one. I also like Atlanta on the moneyline here. Atlanta averages 86.1 points per game. They have increased that to 89 per game over their last five games including 87 in last game in Seattle. Think they'll get to 80 tonight? I do. Dating back to last season, when the Storm gives up 78 or more, they are just 5-9 straight-up on the road. The Storm is perfect at home with a 21-0 mark on the season, but just 4-4 straight-up in their last eight on the road. Atlanta is going to be laying it all on the line in this one, so I'll grab them on the moneyline.
