San Antonio at Minnesota

The Minnesota Lynx have been a staple in the WNBA Finals, as they have made an appearance the last three years, winning two championships. They were beaten for the top spot this year by Phoenix, and it certainly appears that one of these teams is going to be tough to beat this year. Minnesota certainly understands what it takes to win in the playoffs, as last year's team was unheeded in an eight game playoffs sweep on their way to a championship. All you have to do is look at their four home games in the playoffs a year ago, and it tells you where the emphasis is. The Lynx did not allow any opponent in their four home games to score more than 64 points, and held them to an average of 62 points per game. That is going to make it tough to push this one OVER the top. San Antonio knows coming in that the lower scoring the game, and the fewer possessions, the better their chances, so I'm not looking for them to come in running. The Lynx sticks the blueprint that defense wins championships, and readied themselves in their last four home games - all of which went UNDER this season. This one stays UNDER.
