The one team that stood to benefit the most from the Olympic break was Phoenix. They have played without their start player Diana Turasi for most of the season. Turasi was just about ready to come back when the Olympic Games started, which gave her a chance to take the two weeks and get in playing shape on the Olympic team, and come back to the WNBA ready. She makes all the difference to this team, as the two games she played in this year were the highest point totals achieved by Phoenix in regulation all season. Seattle is not the same team we have seen in the past several seasons and come in at 8-10, despite having had a five- game winning streak. Phoenix should play with extra energy with their star and leader back on the court, and the line and total here just don't reflect it. Seattle is a timing team, and aren't as good off long rest as indicated by their 2-6 ATS mark off three plus days of rest. Look for Phoenix to amp the tempo back up here. In late season games, Phoenix has gone OVE 37-18 vs. losing teams. Play on Phoenix, and take the OVER.
