Phoenix at Connecticut

The Connecticut Sun features five former University of Connecticut players on their roster. Tonight, perhaps the most decorated member of all - Diana Turasi will be on the floor for the visiting Phoenix Mercury. This will be a showcase of former Connecticut players who like to step things up in their college home state. They did not disappoint last year as Turasi poured in 26 for the second straight year when playing at Connecticut. While the former UConn players that are now representing the Sun scored a combined 65! The game played in the 90s and I expect more of the same here tonight. The Sun really likes to run at home, where they have been in the 80s or higher in all but two games this season. The Sun are not shy about running the floor. And with Turasi playing with purpose here, look for a fun, high-scoring game. Play on the OVER.
