New York at Connecticut

It would certainly appear that this Connecticut team is the class in the East, as they have stumbled just twice on the season - both times against the top Western teams. The New York Liberty are in a doubly good spot for this one. First off the Sun waxed them in back-to-back games to open the season, so while Connecticut sees nothing inspiring about this game, the Liberty sure do and they have played much better of late. The second thing is this Connecticut team is coming off a huge emotional and intense game with LA, one they spent a lot of energy on and lost it late. The Liberty is well rested and is now 10-4-2 ATS in their last 16 on three day’s rest. The Sun are a bit overrated now and has been just 1-4 ATS in their last five at home. This is a big letdown spot for the Sun, so play on New York.
