Minnesota at Tulsa

The Tulsa Shock have agonized since moving from Detroit, and are once again out of the gate slow at 1-5. While they appear to be a bit more competitive, they are still coming up short. They have a 3-2-1 record to the UNDER despite three of their games going to overtime, so they are showing signs of defending better, and doing their best to shorten games. Minnesota is an elite team that may find it hard to be motivated in this spot. I would expect their high-powered offense to be a bit more pedestrian and not deliver their "A" game vs. a poor opponent. The Shock have been 4-1 to the UNDER in their last five on three or more days of rest, and will play intensely on the defensive end vs. a top level team at home. This one stays UNDER the total.
