The San Antonio Silver Stars went from what looked like the team to beat in the WNBA to one filled with lots of question marks. The Silver Stars got a jump on everyone when they opened the season at 7-1 and averaged over 90 points per game. They not only went on to finish below .500 from that point, but scored 90 points just one time in a game the rest of the season, and that was vs. Phoenix. Minnesota looked like they were going to be a dangerous team a year ago, but injuries broke their season apart - something they never overcame. What it did was get them Maya Moore as well as their top players healthy, and they have the best record in the WNBA. Game one should be a wakeup call for this club, as they won a 1-point thriller at home vs. San Antonio. That may also be enough to take the heart out of the Silver Stars and that may prove to be their best shot. The Lynx have covered their last four after an ATS loss, while the Stars have been just 2-6 ATS after an ATS win. Take Minnesota in this one.
