The Los Angeles Sparks stand 2.5 games behind the Minnesota Lynx for the best record in the Western Conference. The Sparks have two games left with Minnesota, and a rather easy schedule the rest of the way out. They are certainly within striking distance of grabbing home court advantage through the playoffs, which would be huge for them. The Liberty have been a poor team over their last 15 games where they are 5-10. Also, at no time have they won consecutive games in the 15-game stretch - and it won't get any easier here vs. a very good LA team that has a lot of reasons to win this one. Los Angeles has gotten past their little slump that saw them lose three of four games, and have come back to win three straight. This is a good spot for them here to get the win.
