Los Angeles is in a near must-win situation after committing 17 turnovers and shooting only 5-of-22 from three-point distance while losing 84-75 in the first game of this semifinal series on Tuesday. Candace Parker and Nneka Ogwumike did their part by combining for 44 points and 20 rebounds, but they were the only players in double-figures for the Sparks, who held the Sun to 42.3 percent shooting. The Sparks had won four in a row and it was Connecticut's first win since Sept. 8 as it earned a double-bye into the playoffs. The Sun is still just 4-9 ATS its last 13 games against teams with winning records and 2-5 ATS with one day of rest. Also, the Sun is 1-4-1 ATS after an ATS win. Look for Los Angeles to correct its mistakes and shoot better from the perimeter in this one and play the Sparks for a Max Play today.
