Las Vegas at Chicago

The WNBA chose selected games to count toward the Commissioner's Cup championship game and Las Vegas and Chicago finished with the best records and they square off tonight at Chicago. The Aces have had some problems on the defensive end although there has been some improvement since they allowed more than 100 points in consecutive games earlier this month. Las Vegas has fared better offensively and they come off an 84-66 victory over Los Angeles where A'ja Wilson and Kelsey Plum combined for 53 points. Chicago has won six of seven and these are the top two teams in the league in scoring with the Aces averaging 90.4 points, and the Sky 85.6. Both teams will come out firing as there is a prize pool for winning along with an additional $5,000 for the MVP. The last meeting on June 21, the teams scored 113 points in the first half.
