Many believed that Las Vegas would go on and become the new WNBA Champion when the season started. Based on their first three games, their level of play has not resembled that type of team. They added Liz Cambage and #1 overall draft pick Jackie Young. The Aces already had Aja Wilson but having the talent and getting new players to take on a role takes time. The Aces are turning the ball over excessively and growing pains will haunt this team early on in the season. Atlanta has lost two straight and has not dropped three straight since 2017.
