Indiana hopes for a huge improvement in 2022 after having four picks in the first round of the draft, plus three more in second and third rounds. The Fever used the second overall pick to choose 6' 4" NaLyssa Smith from Baylor, who averaged 11.5 rebounds per game in 2020-21. The Fever then chose Emily Engstler from Louisville, one of the top defensive players in the country. Kelsey Mitchell returns as the eighth-leading scorer in the WNBA in 2021 with 17.8 points per game, and so does point guard Danielle Robinson, who averaged 9.9 points last season. Washington has had bad luck since winning the championship in 2019 and has a combined 21-33 record the last two seasons. The Mystics are hoping the return of Elena Delle Donne from injury will help turn things around, but they lost Tina Charles and Emma Meesseman to free agency while keeping Myisha Hines-Allen. Plus, Delle Donne plans to sit out some games. Washington stayed UNDER six of its last seven home games last season, including 4-0 UNDER as a home favorite. Also, the Mystics were 2-5 ATS in their last seven as a favorite. The last two meetings last year stayed UNDER. Take the Fever and the UNDER.
