You don't have to look too far to see why this Sacramento team has struggled this season. They have had trouble on offense as they have been held to the 60s or less on nine occasions already this season. A closer look shows where most of those low-output games come from. The top five defensive teams in the league, in terms of points allowed are LA, IND, SEA, CT, and NY. The Monarchs have played five home games against these top defensive teams and have produced 61, 56, 56, 61 and 66 points. That works out to just 60 points per game against the top defensive teams, and Indiana is ranked No. 2. The Monarchs’ output at home against the top three is an even worse 58.5 ppg, and they have not topped 61. That means if these numbers hold, the Fever must produce 88 points - something they have only done twice this season, both coming against the bottom two teams in most points allowed per game (not counting OT against Connecticut). The Monarchs have not allowed 88 to anyone, except for Phoenix, or in OT, so this number is just simply set too high and I'll go with the UNDER here.
