Connecticut at Washington

The Connecticut Sun have played as well as anybody after an 0-4 start to their season. Connecticut is 20-7 in their last 27 games, and both the Sun and Mystics will be in the playoffs, and will use the last three games to tune up. Washington is 17-14 on the season but has played nine games without star player Elena Delle Donne. While both these teams may be working on playoff strategy and extended rotations, I expect Delle Donne to be a huge factor. She needs to get minutes and her game in order in the last three after missing five games with surgery on her thumb. These teams have played two games this season that went to the wire, but I think the Mystics will be looking for Delle Donne a lot tonight to get her back where she needs to be for the playoffs, and will be the difference maker.
