Connecticut at New York

The Liberty is off another slow start similar to last year, but stand at 12-7 in their last 19 games. They are making a run to stay in touch with Indiana and Connecticut, making this a pivotal game on their season. They really have been nasty on the defensive end recently at home, where they have limited opponents to an amazingly low 57 points per game. Connecticut could be ripe for complacency and contentment, as they absolutely destroyed what has been the WNBA's best team to this point, the Minnesota Lynx by 29 points at home. New York also has double revenge going for them in this one with two losses at the hands of the Sun on the season, and should certainly be the more focused team here. The Sun have come up short many a time as a short road dog of 4.5 or less, where they are just 4-11-1 ATS, and have also played five of their last six off a win to the UNDER. The Liberty are riding an UNDER wave off of one day of rest where they are 27-13-1 and have been a picture-perfect 7-9 to the UNDER in their last seven as home chalk.
