Connecticut at Los Angeles

The Connecticut Sun opened the season looking like the best team in the WNBA. They were 7-1 through eight games, and were winning by an average margin of 15.8 points per game. They have really lost their way, having gone just 2-6 in their last eight. They showed what they are capable of early in the season, and I believe a big game on the road vs. a top team like the 12-5 Sparks may coax out their best effort. LA hasn't exactly been playing at a high level either, losers of two of their last three games, and failing to cover three of their last four. The Sparks covered their last time out, but it has been a month since they covered two in a row. I think that Connecticut keeps this close to the wire, so play the points on Connecticut.
