Connecticut at Atlanta

These clubs have taken different paths to get here, as Connecticut utilized a strong home court with five former UConn players on their roster to propel them into the playoffs. Atlanta was supposed to be here before the season started, but a 3-9 start sure made it look like this team was heading nowhere. They went on an amazing 18-5 run, including a win to open this series at Connecticut who finished the regular season 15-2. That makes two straight over the Sun, who are only 6-11 on the road this season. Their last road win came over a month ago vs. a winning team, and it took overtime for that one.
