Chicago at Washington

The Washington Mystics are arguably the most improved team in the WNBA. They won just five games all of last season, and enter this contest at 8-9 at the mid-point of the season. They have been even better at home where they are 5-3 on the season. Chicago is certainly an improved team as well at 12-4 on the season. The Mystics are certainly credible on their home turf, as they have a win here vs. Minnesota, and certainly are capable of winning here to get to .500. They have also made some great strides on the defensive end, as they have allowed less than 70 points per game over their last four. Chicago has been winning big, with 10 of their 12 wins coming by double-digits. However, one of the two wins by less than 10, came at home vs. this same Washington team. The Sky has played to an 8-3 mark to the UNDER in their last 11 vs. a losing team, while the Mystics' last four at home have all failed to get to the total. The last seven meetings in Washington between these clubs have seen the UNDER prevail in five of the seven. This one is closer than it looks, so play on Washington and take the UNDER.
