Atlanta at San Antonio

The Stars have won eight in a row and as a result, you can expect to get some line value fading them in some cases. I believe this to be one of those cases. The Stars could let down here given their recent success and a .500 team coming to town. Certainly San Antonio has been on a great run. But let's not ignore the fact that Atlanta is actually pretty hot right now as well. The Dream have won five of seven both SU and ATS. It's hard to win on the road in the WNBA, but on their current road trip, the Dream are 3-2. In their last game, they upset Seattle, winning by 11 points as a +7.5 point underdog. In franchise history, the Dream are 23-6 ATS following an upset win! Meanwhile, San Antonio is just 10-26 ATS at home following a road win. The Stars are also 10-23 ATS at home following back-to-back ATS wins. Look for Atlanta to keep this one close enough. Take the points and play on the Dream.
