Atlanta at Indiana

This season has been a roller coaster ride for the Atlanta Dream. They came out of the gate at a blazing 10-1, and looked like a team that surely was poised to be in the Eastern Conference finals. Things really fell apart at that point as they concluded the season with four straight losses, and finished at 7-15 after the big start. They were ambushed by Washington in game 1 of the playoffs, and that seemed to serve as a wakeup call for this dormant club that has now won three straight in the playoffs. Indiana won it all a year ago, but after a 1-7 start to the season they had to expend a lot of energy just to get here. They spent more taking down the Chicago Sky, but at this point it looks like Atlanta is the perkier team that is playing rejuvenated basketball. From what we saw at the beginning of the season, the Dream "A" game is pretty good. The one thing Indiana has called upon is defense, as they have held 18 of their last 28 opponents to 70 points or less, and as the energy levels start to drain, they are going to have to control the pace here. The Fever has played four straight to the UNDER at home, and this looks to be a slower-paced game. Atlanta has covered four of the last five in this series, and look to be the fresher team here.
