Newcastle United vs. Southampton

Newcastle United's defense has been awful to start the English Premier League campaign, surrendering six goals in two matches. That's the second-most in the 20-team league. It's also not surprising as last season they allowed 62 in 38 games, the fifth-most in the league, and 15 of their last 22 home games have sailed OVER 2.5 goals. Southampton hasn't been sharp on defense either (four goals surrendered) after allowing 68 last year, the second-most in the league.
