Nashville somehow managed to lose Game 1 by a 4-1 score even with a 48-19 advantage in shots on goal. Connor Hellebuyck had 47 saves and Nashville goalie Pekka Rinne was pulled after the second period after allowing three goals on 16 shots. However, Rinne bounced back from a similar bad performance against Colorado in the first round and stopped 82 of 86 shots his next three games. Rinne still is 42-13-4 with a 2.31 goals-against average and a .927 save percentage on the season with plenty of playoff experience. The Predators have won 12 of their last 15 after scoring two or fewer goals their previous game, and they have won 47 of their last 67 home games. Also, even after Friday's win, Winnipeg is 5-11 the last 16 meetings at Nashville, and the home team has won seven of the last 10 meetings. Rinne has won three of his four matchups versus the Jets this season, and he is 15-4-1 against the Jets in his career. Take the Predators.
