The Capitals’ offense has gone ice cold and they have just 3 goals in their last three games, and 22 in their last 12, or less than 2 a game. The net minding has kept them afloat, allowing just 8 in their last five at 1.6 per contest. Washington is now 21-5-1 to the UNDER in their last 27 on the road, and the Lightning a perfect 6-0 off two days rest to the UNDER. The last six in this series has produced five UNDERs and I see one more coming tonight.
