Washington at Edmonton

Two struggling teams meet in this matchup, but Washington has won three of the last four meetings. The Oilers pulled out a win over Dallas 5-4 on Thursday as Matt Benning scored the tie-breaking goal with 2:27 left and Cam Talbot made 28 saves. The Capitals look to bounce back from a 6-2 loss at Vancouver as they struggled offensively for the second straight game. Braden Holtby has a 2.87 goals-against average and .920 save percentage and will be in net tonight for the Caps. Talbot has a 2.96 GAA and .917 save percentage in eight games. The Capitals are 6-1 after allowing five or more goals their previous game and 41-14 playing on one day of rest going back to last season.
