Washington at Atlanta

The Washington Capitals have struggled somewhat offensively of late, but the defense and play behind the net have compensated. The result, however, has been five straight games played to the UNDER, and facing a big total of six here certainly offers value playing the UNDER. The Thrashers offense, which has been good most of the year, has now gone nine straight games scoring 3 goals or less. The Caps have played 10-1 to the UNDER in their last 11 vs the Southeast as well as 38-14-1 to the UNDER in their last 53 overall. Atlanta is now 8-2 to the UNDER as a home dog in their last ten. I'll go with the UNDER in this one.
