Vegas enjoyed a thrilling 6-5 win over Winnipeg on Tuesday night and it was the Golden Knights' league-leading 13th road win, keeping them atop the Western Conference standings. The Knights scored twice on three power-play opportunities and they have seven power-play goals their past seven games. Vegas has won four of six despite some key injuries and Logan Thompson has been more than adequate with a 13-7-0 record and 2.70 goals-against average (2 shutouts). Chicago is in last place in the Central Division and has lost nine of its past 10 games, including 7-3 to Washington two nights ago. Petr Mrazek gave up all seven goals and if he doesn't go tonight, then it will be Arvid Soderblom (2-8-2 with a 3.18 GAA).
